About Role

In the role of Customer Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base and offer comprehensive support to enhance their banking experience. Your responsibilities will extend to furnishing customers with pertinent information about our products and services, as well as promoting various banking offerings to our existing client base over the phone. Success in this position hinges on developing a deep understanding of each customer’s profile, demographics, banking habits, and portfolio. Consequently, the role demands a keen ability to identify sales opportunities, drive revenue, all while prioritizing Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a central metric in your customer interactions.
