ICAR – NISA Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

For the positions advertised at serial numbers 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12, candidates will be shortlisted based on the application form attached in Annexure 1. Only the shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email to appear for the interview.

For the remaining positions advertised at serial numbers 2, 5, 7, and 10, walk-in interviews will be conducted on 31st July from 10:00 AM.

ICAR – NISA Recruitment 2024 Period Of Engagement

All the above positions are purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis, co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The selected candidate shall not claim any regular appointment at this institute or ICAR at the end of the contract. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time without assigning any reason or notice.

ICAR – NISA Recruitment 2024 Application Process

1. Candidates may visit the ICAR-NISA website: https://nisa.icar.gov.in/.
2. Application forms, eligibility criteria, and detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the website.
3. The application deadline is 20th July 2024 (midnight) for all positions.
4. All applications received after the mentioned time limit will be automatically rejected.
5. Applicants should mention the post applied for in the application form along with the serial number of the position.
6. Separate applications need to be submitted for each serial number.
7. The application, along with all enclosures, needs to be scanned into one PDF document and submitted by email. No separate attachments of enclosures shall be considered.
8. The venue of the interview will be the Agri-business Development Unit, ICAR-National Institute of Secondary Agriculture, Namkum, Ranchi 834 010 (Jharkhand).
9. Eligible candidates are requested to bring their application in the enclosed format (Annexure-I) along with the declaration form (Annexure-II) and a photocopy of the original documents at the time of the interview.
10. Candidates must submit their application and documents for verification at the venue before the interview.
11. Original documents will also be verified at the time of the interview.
12. If any candidate is found to have submitted false claims during screening or at a later stage, their candidature will be summarily rejected.
