The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a central recruitment agency under the ownership of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India that was started with an aim to encourage the recruitment and placement of young undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctorates at the rank of Group ‘A’ officer, Group ‘B’ officer, Group ‘C’ employee and Group ‘D’ employee in nationalized banks and regional rural banks in India. IBPS SO Recruitment Salary

  • The salary will be provided for this recruitment is approx Rs. 38,000 to 44,000/-Pm.

IBPS SO Recruitment Age Limit

  • The age limit is Minimum & maximum of 20 years & 30 years.

IBPS SO Recruitment Selection Process

  • The selection process is based on Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Common Interview.
  • IBPS will hold the preliminary test, which will be followed by the main exam.
  • IBPS SO Prelims is a qualifying examination.
  • The final selection is made by combining the marks from the main test and the interview.
  • To get chosen in the end, it is necessary to do well on the main exam and in the interview.

IBPS SO Recruitment Application Fee

  • For SC/ST/PWBD candidates – Rs.175/-
  • For all others – Rs.850/-
  • Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate
