A degree (graduation) in any field from a school approved by the Indian government, or any equivalent credential accepted as valid by the Central Government. Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations, as well as language proficiency and have studied computer science or information technology as one of their courses in high school, college, or an institute. Operating and functioning knowledge of computer systems is also required.
