• Conduct an organizational impact study and develop enterprise redesign plans in response to large-scale transformation, business model innovation, digital transformation, and globalization projects, while identifying important stakeholders.

• Ensure that communication plans and strategies are carried out in a high-quality and timely manner by designing and developing excellent communication assets, such as mailers, newsletters, posters, and flyers.
• Support training activities by overseeing the creation and distribution of training materials through effective training channels.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and sustain the commitment required to address workforce transition issues and implement change objectives.
