HPCL Eligibility Criteria

Applicants interested in the NHPC positions of Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer must meet specific educational and age criteria. The essential eligibility requirements for NHPC 2024 are outlined below:

HPCL Career Selection Process

• Candidates meeting the specified eligibility criteria will be invited for an interview based on category-wise and position-wise merit lists, determined by HPCL’s cutoff marks. The management reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for the interview, tentatively scheduled in January/February 2024.
• Merit lists for the entire country will be created using candidates’ academic performance in their graduation degrees and their scores from the interview.
• The final offer for Apprenticeship Training is dependent on clearing the medical test as per HPCL standards and providing all required documents and certificates, including proof of age, qualifications, caste, PwBD medical certificate, and medical fitness.

• Begin by registering on the Apprentice Application Link at https://jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp
• After successful registration, candidates will be sent their login details and password via email by the HPCL Apprentice Team.
• Login to the HPCL Apprentices Application Link using the provided login credentials (email ID and password) received on your registered email.
• After logging in, candidates should choose “HPCL GAT (ENGINEERING) Engagement 2024” from the list of Active Advertisements.
• After entering their information, candidates should click on the “Validate Your Details” button.
• Once your details have been validated, proceed by clicking on the “Save & Next” button.
• After completing the application submission, a confirmation email containing the HPCL Application Number will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.

Important Points To Note

• Only candidates who are registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal and by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will be eligible for selection to undergo Apprenticeship Training.
