HDFC Bank Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks (X, XII, and Graduation included).
• Courses completed via distance education are not eligible.
• CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentages using the formula: Percentage = (GPA × 7.1) + 11 (10-point scale).

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 10 years of sales experience.
• Relevant experience is subject to verification and approval by HDFC Bank.

Age Limit:

• Candidates must not exceed 35 years as of 7th February 2025.

Additional Criteria:

• Candidates with prior experience in customer relationship management and banking sales will be preferred.
• Educational qualifications obtained via recognized institutions only.

Stage-I: Online Test

• Duration: 1 hour
• Sections:
  • English Language: 30 Marks
  • Numerical Ability: 35 Marks
  • Reasoning Ability: 35 Marks
  • Negative Marking: 1/4 penalty for incorrect answers.

Stage-II: Personal Interview

• Candidates shortlisted based on online test scores will be called for an interview.

Final Selection:
Based on the consolidated marks of the online test and personal interview.

HDFC Bank Recruitment 2025 Salary & Compensation

• Pay Scale: ₹3,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Additional Benefits:
  • Performance-linked variable pay.
