An initiative of HDFC Bank, the Parivartan Educational Crisis Scholarship Support (ECSS) Program seeks to assist deserving and needy students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Students in grades 1 through 12 as well as those studying diplomas, ITIs, polytechnics, and UG and PG (general and professional) programs are eligible for the scholarship program. Students who are at risk of dropping out of school and are unable to pay for their education owing to personal or family issues or other financial difficulties can get up to INR 75,000 in financial support under the ECSS program.
