HAL Apprentice Non-Technical, Graduate, and Diploma Apprentices

1  Registration on NATS Portal:

• Candidates must first register on the NATS 2.0 portal using their Diploma/Engineering Graduate/Non-Technical Graduate education details to obtain a “Student ID/Enrollment ID.”
• Candidates who have completed an Engineering Graduation after obtaining a Diploma should register or upgrade their profile on the portal to reflect their status as an Engineering Graduate (i.e., higher qualification).

2  Filling the Google Form:

• After obtaining the “Student ID/Enrollment ID,” candidates should access the Google form using the provided link or QR code.
• It is crucial to fill in all the information accurately according to the documented proof available. Providing incorrect information will result in the rejection of the form during the scrutiny process.
• Note that this Google form can only be filled out once and cannot be corrected after submission.

1 Registration on NAPS Portal:

• Candidates must first register on the Apprenticeship India portal (NAPS) using their SSC (10th) and ITI education details to obtain a “Registration Number” (Registration number starts with A0XXXXX).
• Ensure that your profile is 100% complete on the portal.
• Before registration, candidates are advised to review the help menu on the website for accurate registration guidance.
