HAL AE Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

For HAL AE Recruitment 2024, applicants’ upper age limit should not exceed 35 years as of May 8, 2024. Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) will be applicable as per Government norms.

HAL AE Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

i. Selection based solely on Written Tests.
ii. The selection process is governed by the Company’s Recruitment Rules.
iii. Shortlisting for Written Test based on Qualifying Examination marks; cut-off percentage determined by Company.
iv. Written Test held in Hyderabad; details communicated via email; shortlisted candidates listed on HAL Website.
v. Written Test duration: 2 ½ hours; 3 parts – General Awareness (20 questions), English & Reasoning (40 questions), Discipline-related (100 questions); each question carries 1 mark, no negative marking.
vi. Candidates bear Written Test expenses; Admit Card sent via email.
vii. Admit Card and Original Photo Identity Card are required for test entry; failure leads to disqualification.
viii. Selection based on Written Test merit; Document Verification for qualifying candidates limited to notified Posts.
ix. Original certificates and testimonials for Document Verification; candidates meeting criteria considered for selection.
x. Appointment contingent on Caste and Character & Antecedents verification.

HAL AE Recruitment 2024 Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.30,000–120,000 with a Basic Pay of Rs.30,000/–. Additionally, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Leave, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc., as per Company Rules. Perquisites are presently paid at 35% of the running Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System. An annual increment of 3% will be admissible on the running Basic Pay.

HAL AE Recruitment 2024 Service Bond

Selected candidates will need to sign a bond committing to serve the Company for two years after confirmation in the regular rolls. Failure to comply will require reimbursement of actual remuneration and expenses incurred (including training), up to a maximum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only).
