Minimum Qualification
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, M.Com or B.Com Graduate
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to prioritize optimally, and be flexible as needs change.
- High customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – Good written and verbal language skills, as per country requirements for the in-scope profile.
Genpact Recruitment 2023 Roles & Responsibility
- Provide R2R transaction processing and ensure delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness daily.
- Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
- Execute project’s detailed work and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
- Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
- Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
- Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
- Ensure stakeholder queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner.
- Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resources, knowledge, experience, and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
- Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
- Drive Continuous improvements through quality initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end accounting work, including FA, IC, and Closing and Reporting.
- Identify, recommend, and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.,
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
- Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activities
- Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
- Process Standard Monthly Journal
