Flipkart Recruitment 2023 Requirements

  • Cancel and refund all bookings requested by direct cancellation through customer login or by calling customer service of Cleartrip.
  • Verify the exact nature of cancellation request – full, partial sector, split pax, amended, no show, full refund. Exception cases like visa rejection, and medical and death cases.
  • Ensure proper verification of itinerary mentioned on HQ and airline website for LCC / GDS for full service airlines across all domains.
  • Once cancellation process is complete, a screenshot needs to be captured confirming the same.
  • Refund to be computed depending on the nature of cancellation as pt.2.
  • Document all details accurately using Salesforce CRM.
  • Candidate should work on all calls made to the airline using Genesys.
  • Follow up (Call and Email) with airline/supplier in case of pending cancellations
  • Provide end-to-end support when it comes to trip cancellation & refund.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with airlines / other ticketing partners.
  • Maintain agreed SLA with 100% compliance to quality and documentation.
  • Ensure Positive Outcomes with every Interaction.
  • Maintain integrity and hygiene with all customer and internal interactions.
