Education Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Additionally, they should have proficiency in stenography with a dictation speed of 120 words per minute for 10 minutes, followed by transcription within 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on a computer.
The duties include dictation and typing, managing telephone calls, handling visitors, maintaining schedules, preparing travel arrangements, managing parliamentary work, organizing files, tracking important documents, and overseeing management systems.
Age Limit: The age limits stated in the official notification PDF is all candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age of 30 years for General and EWS, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC/ST, and 40 years for PwBDs.
