DSSSB Recruitment 2024

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is currently recruiting candidates for various posts. Individuals with educational qualifications ranging from Graduation to 12th grade, along with additional eligibility criteria, have the opportunity to apply for these vacancies. These positions are available across different departments, including local bodies, autonomous bodies, and others governed by the Government of NCT of Delhi.

DSSSB Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

For Post Stenographer

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements or possess one of the following certificates:

• Matriculation examination from a recognized university or board.
• Secondary School course examination from a State Education Board.
• Cambridge School Certificate Examination (Senior Cambridge).
• European High School Examination conducted by the State Government.
• Tenth Class Certificate from the Technical Higher Secondary School of Delhi Polytechnic.
• A junior examination from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi (for bonafide resident students of Jamia).

Candidates will undergo a dictation test at 80 words per minute for five minutes, with a typing speed requirement of:

• 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing.
• 80 words per minute in shorthand and 35 words per minute in Hindi typing.

For Post Personal Assistant

Candidates must have a degree from a recognized university or institute with English as a subject.

Skill Test Norms include:

• Dictation of 10 minutes at the rate of 100 words per minute (English).
• Transcription of 40 minutes (English).

For Post Personal Assistant (Hindi)

• Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi.
• Proficiency in computer operations and ability to work with software such as Leap Office, Akshar Package, and MS Word.

• For Post Stenographer:18-27 Years
• For Post Personal Assistant: 18-30 Years
• For Post Personal Assistant (Hindi): 18-27 Years

• SC/ST: 5 years (Group B & C)
• OBC: 3 years (Group B & C)
• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years (Group B & C)
• PwBD + SC/ST: 15 years (Group B & C)
