Additional Points:
- Valid GATE Score: Required for B.E./B.Tech. candidates.
- Degree Discipline: Both Graduate and Post Graduate degrees must be in the same discipline (Branch/Subject).
- Age Limit:
- 28 years as of the last date of application.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, as per Government of India orders.
- Fellowship Duration: Initially for 2 years, extendable based on performance, with a maximum tenure of 5 years.

DRDO DLRL Recruitment 2024 Application Process
- Eligible candidates can download the Advertisement, Application Form, and Instructions from the official DRDO website: DRDO Careers.
- Fill out the downloaded Application Form according to the instructions.
- Send the completed application form via e-mail to [email protected] with the subject: “Application for JRF (Subject Code)” along with the scanned copies of the required documents.
- Ensure eligibility criteria are met before applying; false documents will lead to immediate withdrawal of candidature.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via E-mail or the DRDO website regarding the interview date and venue.
- At the interview, bring:
- Signed printout of the application form
- Original documents and self-attested copies (ID, 10th/12th Mark Sheets, B.E./B.Tech. Mark Sheets, Degree Certificate, GATE Scorecard, Caste/PWD Certificate if applicable)
- Two recent passport-sized color photographs
- Project report/Technical work demo (if any)
- Applications received through any other mode or after the last date will be rejected. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Candidates working in Govt. organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies should provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to attend the interview.
