| Junior Research Fellow (Electrical Engineering) | Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with valid GATE scorecard OR Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (M.E/M.Tech.) with first division at both levels. |
| Junior Research Fellow (Chemistry) | Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with first division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels and valid NET qualification. Preference will be given to those with research experience. |
