About DRDO

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is the premier agency under the Department of Defence Research and Development in the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India. About DRDO CEPTAM

Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a corporate body of DRDO with an Independent Chairman and Director as its Administrative Head. It’s a premier center of DRDO, formerly established as the Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) in November 1995 to cater to the DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO. CEPTAM is entrusted with the Recruitment of Technical, Administrative & Allied categories of non-gazetted personnel, Assessment of DRTC Officers & Staff, and facilitates Training for the development of this cadre as per the Training Policy of DRDO.

DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

The age limit is not exceeding 28 years on the crucial date of eligibility. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be permissible as per government rules.

DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Screening of applications will be conducted by a duly constituted committee.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview at CEPTAM, Delhi, or another location determined by the Director, CEPTAM.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be eligible to attend the interview as per the communicated schedule via email/SMS.
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their boarding, lodging, and transport.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or for joining if selected.

DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2024 Tenure & Place of Posting

• Initially, the offer is for two years, which may be upgraded to SRF (Senior Research Fellow) based on the recommendations of the Internal Screening Committee.
• Place of Posting: Candidates will be posted at CEPTAM, DRDO, Metcalfe House, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054.

DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2024 Salary

The salary offered is Rs. 37,000/- per month, along with HRA (House Rent Allowance) and other facilities as per Government rules.

2. Documents Required: Scan the duly filled application form along with self-attested copies of:
