Candidates must be Indian nationals.

• Maximum Age: 42 years (as of July 1, 2023)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/BC/EWS: +5 years
  • Differently Abled Persons: +10 years
  • Ex-servicemen: +3 years (in addition to the length of service)

1. Academic Merit:
   • 75% weightage for marks in qualifying exams.
   • Up to 10 marks for experience after acquiring requisite qualifications.
2. Service Weightage:
   • Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per 6 months
   • Rural Area: 2 marks per 6 months
   • Urban Area: 1 mark per 6 months
   • COVID-19 Experience: 0.8 marks per month (if less than 6 months).
3. Document Verification:
   • Candidates must provide valid certificates for experience, caste, and educational qualifications.
