(i) 85% of the vacancies will be filled through direct recruitment.
(ii) 10% of the vacancies will be filled from among Group C Staff in Pay Level-I, who possess a 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification and have rendered 3 years of regular service in the grade. The maximum age limit for eligibility for the examination is 45 years (50 years for SC/ST). If more employees qualify than the number of vacancies available under Clause (ii), the excess number of employees will be considered for filling vacancies in subsequent years.
(iii) 5% of the vacancies will be filled by promotion on a seniority-cum-fitness basis from Group C employees working in Level-I of the Pay Matrix with 3 years of regular service in the Grade.
