DVC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • HR: MBA/PG Degree in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations (full-time, 2 years) with 65% marks (UR/OBC/EWS) or 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
  • CSR: PG Degree/Diploma in Rural Management (2 years) with 65% marks (UR/OBC/EWS) or 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
  • PR: PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism with 65% marks (UR/OBC/EWS) or 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
• UGC NET Requirement: Must have appeared in UGC NET – June 2024 and secured minimum qualifying marks.

1. UGC NET Score (June 2024) — Marks in the relevant subject paper.
2. Document Verification (DV) — Shortlisted candidates will be called for DV.
