- Education Qualification:
- HR: MBA in HR or a related discipline.
- CSR: Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Rural Management.
- PR: Postgraduate degree in Communication/Advertising/PR.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 29 years as of 09 February 2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (General), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
- J&K Domicile (1980-1989): 5 years

Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process is based on the marks obtained in the corresponding UGC-NET-June 2024 paper. The shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification (DV). Candidates must have obtained at least 40% aggregate marks in both Paper I and Paper II (relaxed to 35% for reserved categories). The shortlisted candidates will be called for DV based on merit.
