The Central University of Haryana (CUH) is located in Jant-Pali villages, approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) from Mahendragarh city, in Mahendragarh district, Haryana, India. Established by an Act of Parliament, “The Central Universities Act, 2009,” CUH is governed by the Government of India. Its jurisdiction covers the entire state of Haryana. The university held its first Convocation on March 1, 2014. CUH is one of the 15 Central Universities established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
