CSIR IIIM Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Selection Procedure:

1. Trade/Skill Test: Candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for a Trade/Skill Test.
2. Competitive Written Examination: Candidates who qualify the Trade/Skill Test will then be invited for the Competitive Written Examination.
3. Final Merit List: The final merit list will be based on the performance in the Competitive Written Examination.

Examination Details:

• Mode of Examination: OMR-based or Computer-based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination.
• Medium of Questions: English and Hindi (except for English Language questions).

Standard of Exam:

• T-01 to T-18: Diploma/Graduation level (based on the advertised qualification).
• T-19 to T-31 and TBL-01 to TBL-05: SSC + ITI/XII Standard.

• Paper-I: First paper will determine eligibility for Paper II and Paper III.

CSIR IIIM Recruitment 2024 Application Process

1. Apply offline using the form attached as Annexure-A. No other mode of application will be accepted.
2. General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay ₹500/- via Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in the name of ‘Director, CSIR-IIIM, Jammu’ payable at Jammu.
3. SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Ex-servicemen/Abroad candidates and regular CSIR employees are exempt from the application fee.
4. Send the filled-in application form, demand draft/banker’s cheque, and self-attested copies of all required documents by Registered/Speed Post to Sr. Controller of Administration, CSIR-IIIM, Jammu, Canal Road, Jammu, UT of J&K – 180001, on or before 31.01.2025.
5. Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn, and the fee will not be refunded.
6. Government employees must apply through the proper channel with employer certification.
7. Applications received after the closing date or incomplete will not be entertained.
