The Vijayawada regional office of the Central Bank of India is seeking applications for the position of Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisors on a contractual basis, aimed at closely monitoring Business Correspondent Agents (BCA).The age criteria for this role range from 21 to 60 years. Selection will be through interviews, and the chosen candidates will receive a compensation package ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000. Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For young candidates, the eligibility criteria for the Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisor position are as follows:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation with proficiency in Computer knowledge (including MS Office, email, Internet, etc.). However, candidates with qualifications such as M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.
• Age requirement: Candidates should fall within the age group of 21 to 45 years at the appointment time.
• Maximum age limit for continuation: BC Supervisors can continue in their role until 60 years.

Candidates must meet certain geographical requirements for the Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisors role:

• Selection from the same district: Candidates should be selected from the same district where they will be assigned to work. If suitable candidates are not available within the same district, selection may be made from adjoining districts. Proficiency in the local language and dialect, both in reading and writing, is mandatory. Candidates from other states will not be considered under any circumstances.
• Willingness to travel: Applicants should be willing and able to visit villages in the district for supervision and other assigned activities periodically.
• Accommodation location: Selected candidates must have accommodation near the nodal branch and not outside the district for which the selection is being made.

The selection will be held through an interview process.

Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 Period Of Contract

The contract will be initially for 12 months subject to a satisfactory annual performance review.

Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 Salary

Remuneration: The monthly remuneration for BC Supervisors comprises both fixed and variable components. The variable component is determined based on the performance score achieved by each BC Agent, outlined in Annexure II. The variable commission is calculated according to the slab provided in Annexure II.

• Category A: BC Supervisors are assigned a minimum of 25 BC Agents, subject to increase at the discretion of the Bank.
• Category B: BC Supervisors are assigned a minimum of 20 BC Agents, subject to increase at the discretion of the Bank.

Remuneration is allocated based on the supervisor’s category, as determined by the Bank.

Conveyance Allowance: BC Supervisors receive a fixed conveyance allowance of Rs. 4,000 per month for Category A and Rs. 3,000 per month for Category B.

Mobile Expenses: BC Supervisors are reimbursed Rs. 500 per month for mobile and internet charges.

Leave Policy: BC Supervisors are entitled to a maximum of 3 days leave per month and 30 days per year.

Provision of Leave and Maintenance of Records: The Bank administers and maintains records regarding leave entitlement and usage.
