BOB Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

• Graduation in BSW/BA/B.Com. with computer proficiency.
• Preferably basic knowledge of accounting.
• Fluency in spoken and written local language is essential.
• Fluency in Hindi/English would be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and Internet usage.
• Essential typing skills in the local language; typing skills in English are a plus.

Age Limit

• Age limit as of January 1, 2022: 22-40 years.
• For candidates who have satisfactorily served in RSETI as outsourced staff immediately before their application, the maximum eligible age may be adjusted to account for their service period.

BOB Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Written Test: Evaluating general knowledge and computer capability.
• Personal Interviews: Evaluating communication skills, leadership traits, attitude, problem-solving capacity, trainee interaction, and developmental strategy.

BOB Recruitment 2024 Contract Details

• Contract Duration: Valid for 12 months.
• Renewal: Subject to the performance evaluation during the contract period, renewal or non-renewal of the contract will be at the discretion of BSVS Trust.

Leave Entitlements:

• Casual Leave: 12 days per year.
• Privilege Leave: 10 days per year.
• Sick Leave: 10 days per year.
• Maternity Leave: 90 days per child during a one-year contract, applicable after completing six months of entering into the contract, up to a maximum of two surviving children.

BOB Recruitment 2024 Responsibilities

• Assist the Director and Faculty to achieve Trust objectives.
• Maintain cash book, ledger, and vouchers (single entry bookkeeping).
• Keep all records, both manual and digital, per Trust/Ministry guidelines.
• Manage training data and updates (follow-ups, settlements).
• Create and update MIS data as per guidelines.
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for Trust, Ministry, and agencies.
• Organize logistics for training, including boarding arrangements.
• Ensure training materials are prepared for all batches.
• Register candidates, take attendance, and manage to board.
• Conduct follow-up visits as directed by the Director.
• Maintain fixed assets and inventory, including training equipment.
• Manage library books and issue them to trainees as needed.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the Director and faculty.

BOB Recruitment 2024 Salary

1. Consolidated salary: Rs. 14,000/- per month.
2. Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA):
   • Actuals reimbursed, minimum Rs. 1,000/- per month against bills.
   • Alternatively, Rs. 500/- per month on a declaration basis.
