BITM Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Technical Assistant ‘A’: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/IT from a recognized institution OR BCA/Computer Science.
• Technician ‘A’: SSC/Matriculation with ITI certification in the relevant trade + work experience.
• Office Assistant (Grade-III): Higher Secondary or equivalent with typing skills (35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer).
• Junior Stenographer: Higher Secondary or equivalent with a minimum shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.

Age Limit:

• Technical Assistant ‘A’ & Technician ‘A’: Maximum 35 years as of March 12, 2025.
• Office Assistant (Grade-III) & Junior Stenographer: Maximum 25 years as of March 12, 2025.
• Age relaxation as per Government norms.

• Technical Assistant ‘A’: Rs. 29,200 – 92,300/- (Level-5); Total: Rs. 58,944 per month
• Technician ‘A’: Rs. 19,900 – 63,200/- (Level-2); Total varies by location (Rs. 33,814 – Rs. 38,483 per month)
• Office Assistant (Grade-III): Rs. 19,900 – 63,200/- (Level-2); Total varies by location (Rs. 36,493 – Rs. 38,483 per month)
• Junior Stenographer: Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/- (Level-4); Total: Rs. 52,173 per month
