Roles & Responsibility

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and best practices
• Analyze research results and contribute well-articulated recommendations and documents
• Analyze data charts, screen recordings, heat maps, etc to find patterns and insights
• Plan and conduct user research studies including planning, setup, sourcing participants, analysis, and documentation of insights/finding
