Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting for Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) and Technician ‘C’ positions in 2024. A total of 84 vacancies are available, offering excellent opportunities for candidates with a diploma in engineering (for EAT) or an ITI qualification (for Technician ‘C’).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

• Shortlisting for CBT: Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be provisionally shortlisted for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) in Bengaluru.
• Call Letter: Accepted candidates will receive an SMS and email with instructions to download the CBT call letter from the BEL website. No call letters will be sent via email or postal mail.
• Test Structure:
  • Part I: General Aptitude (50 marks)
  • Part II: Technical Aptitude (100 marks)
• Qualifying Marks:
  • General/OBC/EWS: 35% in both parts separately
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 30% in both parts separately
• Test Date: Tentatively in December 2024. Results will be available on the BEL website.

• Stipend During Training: Rs. 24,000/month for 6 months.
• Post-Training: Regular pay scale after successful completion and passing the graduation test.
