Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, and CMMIL3 certified Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE). It was incorporated on 24th March 1995 under the Companies Act, 2013 (formerly the Companies Act, 1956), with 100% equity share capital held by the President of India through the Secretary and Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Initially, the company was established to provide project consultancy services and turnkey solutions in the field of radio and television broadcast engineering, covering content production facilities, and terrestrial and satellite broadcasting, both in India and abroad.

BECIL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a reputed University/Institute.
• Preferably, a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Management from a reputed Indian/International Institute/University.

Age Limit

The age limit for the Start-up Fellow position is up to 30 years.

Skill set required

• Desirable experience of up to 2 years in start-up-related work.
• Experience as an entrepreneur, including creating a start-up (whether successful or failed).
• Proficiency in project planning and execution, outreach activity planning, training program design and delivery, business plan development, proposal and report writing, monitoring and evaluation, as well as impact assessment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, which would be advantageous.

BECIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• The selection process will be based on Skill Tests, Interviews, and Interaction.
• Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and called for the skill test/selection process.
• Notification of Skill Tests, Interviews, or Interactions will be communicated to candidates via email or telephone.
• All communication will be sent to registered email addresses or mobile numbers.

BECIL Recruitment 2024 Salary

Candidates selected for the position will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000/-.

BECIL Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Only online payment of registration and application processing fees (non-refundable) is applicable. Other modes of payment such as Demand Drafts, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Banker’s cheques, and postal stamps will not be accepted for registration and application processing fees.

The category-wise registration and application processing fees are as follows:

• General: Rs. 885/- (Additional Rs. 590/- for every additional post applied)
• OBC: Rs. 885/- (Additional Rs. 590/- for every additional post applied)
• SC/ST: Rs. 531/- (Additional Rs. 354/- for every additional post applied)
• Ex-Serviceman: Rs. 885/- (Additional Rs. 590/- for every additional post applied)
• Women: Rs. 885/- (Additional Rs. 590/- for every additional post applied)
• EWS/PH: Rs. 531/- (Additional Rs. 354/- for every additional post applied)

Applicants will bear the bank and payment gateway charges on the above amounts.

5. Fill in the application form with basic information and education/work experience.
6. Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, birth certificate/10th certificate, and caste certificate.
7. Preview or modify your application.
8. Pay online using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.
