BDL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age Limit:
   • Management Trainees: Maximum 27 years (varies for reserved categories).
   • Assistant Manager: Maximum 28 years.
   • Senior Manager: Maximum 45 years.
   • Deputy General Manager: Maximum 50 years.
2. Educational Qualification:
   • MT: First-class Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields.
   • AM (Legal): First-class LLB from a recognized institution.
   • SM & DGM (Civil): First-class Civil Engineering degree with relevant experience.

BDL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

1. For MT:
   • Written Test (Computer-Based Online Test) – 150 questions; 85% weightage.
   • Interview – 15% weightage.
2. For AM, SM, DGM:
   • Direct Interview.
   • Shortlisting based on experience and educational qualifications.

BDL Recruitment 2025 Salary:

1. Management Trainees (Grade II): ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 per month (₹15.91 lakh CTC after absorption).
2. Assistant Manager (Grade II): ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 per month.
3. Senior Manager (Grade V): ₹70,000–₹2,00,000 per month (₹25.26 lakh CTC).
4. Deputy General Manager (Grade VI): ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 per month (₹28.37 lakh CTC).
