Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is one of India’s manufacturers of ammunition and missile systems. It was founded in 1970 in Hyderabad, India. BDL was established to be a manufacturing base for guided weapon systems and began with a pool of engineers drawn from Indian Ordnance Factories, DRDO, and aerospace industries, It began by producing a first-generation anti-tank guided missile – the French SS11B1. This product was a culmination of a license agreement the Government of India entered into with Aerospatiale. BDL has three manufacturing units, located at Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad; Bhanur, Medak district, and Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

BDL Recruitment Age Limit

• The maximum Age limit for Un-Reserved/ EWS Categories is 28 Years as of the Date of the walk-in interview.

BDL Recruitment Selection Process

• Candidates who fulfill all the requisite parameters and Qualification Requirements (QRs) will be shortlisted for an Interview.
• Shortlisting of candidates for interviews will be based on the initial screening of applications.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for a further selection process i.e., an Interview.

Selection Criteria

• Aggregate Marks / Percentage secured in the Qualification in the relevant discipline. For each percentage of Qualification will allocate 01 mark. However, the Maximum marks will be allotted is 75 only
• Relevant Post Qualification experience – Allocation of Marks 01 year – 03 Marks, 02 Years – 06 Marks, >=03 Years – 10 Marks
• Interview Marks – 15 Marks
• Total: 100 Marks
• Selection will be based on order of merit.
