Educational Qualifications:

• Officers (IT & Digital Banking) – B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or MCA. Additional certifications in Cyber Security, DevOps, API, and Cloud Computing are preferred.
• Risk & Treasury Officers – Graduation with risk management or finance certifications (FRM, PRM, CFA, CA, CMA).
• Company Secretary – CS from ICSI; CA/CFA/CMA preferred.
• Engineers – BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Economist – Ph.D. in Economics with banking/finance expertise.

Experience Requirements:

• Scale II: Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Scale III: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Scale IV: Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Scale V: Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Scale VI: Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Scale VII: Minimum 15 years of experience.

Age Limit:

• Scale II Officers – 22 to 35 years
• Scale III Officers – 25 to 38 years
• Scale IV Officers – Up to 40 years
• Scale V Officers – Up to 45 years
• Scale VI Officers – Up to 50 years
• Scale VII Officers – Up to 55 years
