AAI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Consultant (CNS): Retired PSU employee from E-7/E-6 level or equivalent from Central Govt./ State Govt./ Defence/ Paramilitary Forces/ Employees of reputed Organizations with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the operation & maintenance of Communication, Navigation, Surveillance & Air Traffic Automation Systems/Facilities at Airports/Field Stations.
- Consultant (LM): Retired Officers from AAI as DGM/Jt. GM (E-6/E-7 level), who have worked in Land Management/ Cargo/ Civil Engineering/ Commercial/ Law/ Finance Directorates with a minimum experience of 10 years.
- A one-month cooling period is required after superannuation before engagement as a consultant.
- Candidates who have already completed 5 years as a consultant in AAI on a contract basis are not eligible.
- Maximum Age Limit: 65 years (as on 2nd April 2025).
