Duty Manager – Passenger	Graduation from a recognized university. 16 years of experience in passenger handling with an airline, airport operator, or BCAS-approved ground handler. Minimum 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proficiency in computer operations	55 years
Junior Officer – Customer Service	Graduation from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern. Option 1: 09 years of experience in passenger handling. Option 2: MBA or equivalent with 06 years of aviation experience in passenger handling.	GEN: 28 Years
Jr. Officer Technical	Full-time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university. Must have a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License. Must acquire a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License within 12 months from the date of joining, or as per state government regulations. Preference is given to candidates with aviation experience or experience in the maintenance of GS Equipment, Vehicles, or Heavy Earth Movers with reputed manufacturers or service agencies. Customer Service Executive	Graduation from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference is given to those with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or certification such as a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO. Proficiency in PC usage. Jr. Customer Service Executive	Completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Preference will be given to those with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or certifications like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO. Proficiency in PC usage. Strong command of spoken and written English, in addition to Hindi.	GEN: 28 Years
Ramp Service Executive	Either a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Electronics, or Automobile recognized by the State Government, or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in various disciplines related to motor vehicles, issued by the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training of any State/Central Government, with relevant experience (one year for Welder). Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license at the time of the Trade Test. Preference is given to candidates fluent in the local language.	GEN: 28 Years
Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver	SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.	GEN: 28 Years

Here is the selection procedure for various positions:

1. Duty Manager-Passenger/Jr. Officer-Technical/Jr. Officer-Customer Service/Customer Service Executive/Jr. Customer Service Executive:
   • Personal/Virtual Interview.
   • Group Discussion may be introduced at the company’s discretion.
   • The selection process may occur on the same day or subsequent days.
2. Ramp Service Executive/Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:
   • Trade Tests covering Trade Knowledge and Driving tests, including Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving tests. Candidates passing the Trade Test proceed to the Interview.
   • Personal/Virtual Interview.
   • The selection process may occur on the same day or subsequent days.
3. Handyman/Handywoman:
   • Physical Endurance Test (e.g., weight lifting, running). Candidates qualifying for the Physical Endurance Test proceed to the Interview.
   • Personal/Virtual Interview.
   • The selection process may occur on the same day or subsequent days.

Outstation candidates need to arrange their lodging and boarding at their own expense if required.
