AIASL Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

Jr. Officer – Customer Services	Graduate from a recognized university with 9 years of experience in passenger handling. OR Graduate from a recognized university with an MBA or equivalent (2-year full-time or 3-year part-time course) and 6 years of aviation experience in passenger handling.
Customer Service Executive	Candidates must have a recognized university degree under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to those with experience in airline/GHA/cargo/airline ticketing or certifications such as Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA Cargo. Proficiency in PC usage and excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, are required.
Jr. Customer Service Executive	Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Preference will be given to those with experience in airline/GHA/cargo/airline ticketing or relevant certifications such as IATA Diplomas. Proficiency in PC usage and a strong command of spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, are required.
Ramp Service Executive	A 3-year diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile recognized by the State Government, OR ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in specific trades, with one year of experience for Welders. They must also hold a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license. Preference is given to those familiar with the local language.
Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver	SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.
Handyman	SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must be able to read and understand English Language. Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e., the ability to understand and speak is desirable.

AIASL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Jr. Officer – Customer Services/ Customer Service Executive/ Jr. Customer Service Executive.

• Personal or virtual interviews may be conducted.
• Depending on the response, the company may introduce group discussions.
• The selection process will occur either on the same day or on subsequent days, as determined by the company.

Ramp Service Executive /Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver

• Trade Tests consist of Trade Knowledge and Driving tests, including the Driving Test of HMV.
• Candidates passing the Trade Test alone will proceed to the Interview stage.
• The selection procedure will be conducted on the same day or subsequent days.

Handyman/Handywoman

(a) Physical Endurance Test:

• Includes activities like weight lifting and running.
• Candidates qualifying for the Physical Endurance Test alone will proceed to the Interview stage.

(b) Personal/Virtual Interview:

• Conducted either on the same day or subsequent days.
