Sr. Customer Service Executive:

• Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in any combination of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling.
• Proficiency in using a PC.
• Good command of spoken and written English, as well as Hindi.

Customer Service Executive:

• Graduate from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or relevant certifications (e.g., Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, IATA Cargo).
• Proficiency in using a PC.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.

Sr. Customer Service Executive:

• General category candidates: Maximum age limit is 33 years.
• OBC category candidates: Eligible for a 3-year age relaxation, making the maximum age limit 36 years.
• SC/ST category candidates: Eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, making the maximum age limit 38 years.

Customer Service Executive:
