Roles & Responsibility
- Prepare die blanks for heat treatment operation
- Do stress releveling prior to hardening
- Segregate work according to thickness and size of the die
- Load effectively to achieve optimum utilization of the furnace
- Ensure the stock of Liquid nitrogen, other gases required
- Do Autonomous maintenance of the furnace
- Enter the information to ERP
- Check hardness of the dies and update in ERP before release
- ensure the Job thermocouple is placed in the correct position
- Arrange tempering and retempering in baffle furnaces
