All India Police Commando competition commenced at the A.P. Police Greyhounds training facility in Visakhapatnam.
It was the 14th edition of the All India Police Commando Competition.
Commissioner of Police, Visakhapatnam, A. Ravi Shankar, inaugurated the event along with the presence of Additional Director General of Greyhounds, R K Meena.
Elite commando forces from around 16 states, including units like the Special Operations Group (SOG), C-60, and CAPFs such as BSF, CRPF, Assam Rifles, ITBP, RPF, SSB, and CISF, among others, participated.

Whereas Colonel C. Of. Naidu Lifetime Achievement Award was given to former cricketers Farokh Engineer and Ravi Shastri.

India’s explosive batsman Suryakumar Yadav won the ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year award for the second consecutive year.
Suryakumar performed brilliantly in T20I cricket this year also.
He batted brilliantly against the West Indies, Australia, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.
Suryakumar Yadav has scored the second-fastest century for India in the men’s T20I against Sri Lanka.
