- Technical Manpower – 2: M.E/M.Tech in relevant fields with 60% marks and 3+ years of experience.
- Technical Manpower – 3: Masters in Planning (M.Plan) with 3+ years of experience in Geo-Spatial Technology.
- Accounts Manpower: B.Com + CA/CS/Inter-CA/Inter-CS with 8+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, taxation, audits.
- Admin Manpower 1: LLB + Company Secretary (CS) with 4+ years experience in legal agreements, MoUs, contracts.
- Admin Manpower 2: MBA (Engineering background) with 4+ years experience in administration, estate management, HR.
