Educational Qualifications
- Private Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant + Stenography speed of 120 wpm in English or 100 wpm in Hindi.
- Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree + Stenography speed of 100 wpm + Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience as LDC + Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree + Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Hindi Typist: Bachelor’s Degree + Typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Library Attendant: 12th Pass + Certificate in Library Science + 1 year of experience in a University/College Library.
Age Limit (as of 20th February 2025)
- Private Secretary & UDC: 40 years
- Personal Assistant, Hindi Typist & Library Attendant: 35 years
- LDC: 40 years
- Age Relaxation: As per UGC/GoI norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and J&K domiciled candidates).

Selection will be based on:
- Written Test (70 Marks)
- General Awareness/Current Affairs: 10 Marks
- General English: 10 Marks
- Reasoning/Numerical Aptitude: 10 Marks
- Domain Knowledge: 40 Marks
- Qualifying Marks: 28 (UR) & 24 (Reserved Categories)
- Negative Marking: 0.33 marks per incorrect answer
- Skills and Applied Test (20 Marks)
- Skill Tests (Typing/Stenography) will be qualifying in nature.
- Applied Test: 8 marks for UR & 7 marks for Reserved Categories.
- Experience (Maximum 10 Marks)
- Govt./PSU/Autonomous Institutions: 1 mark per year
- Private Institutions (₹5 Crore turnover): 1 mark per 2 years
