Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting for the positions of Dy. Manager (Safety) and Sr. Safety Officer. The required educational qualifications are a B.E./B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, a Degree/Diploma in Safety, or an M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety. The age limit for the Dy. The manager post is 39 years, while for the Sr. Safety Officer post, it is 35 years. There is 1 vacancy for each position. BEL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Dy. Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a Degree/Diploma in Safety, or M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety.
  • Sr. Safety Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a Degree/Diploma in Safety, or M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety.
• Experience:
  • Dy. Manager: 8 years (B.E./B.Tech) or 6 years (M.E./M.Tech) of relevant experience in safety/fire-related audits, inspections, training, and reports in industrial sectors.
  • Sr. Safety Officer: 4 years (B.E./B.Tech) or 2 years (M.E./M.Tech) of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Age Limit:
  • Dy. Manager: Maximum 39 years.
  • Sr. Safety Officer: Maximum 35 years.
• Relaxations: Age relaxations apply for reserved categories (PwBD, Ex-servicemen, etc.).

BEL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Written Test: All eligible candidates will undergo a written test.
2. Interview: Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for an interview.

Selection will be done based on merit, and the process will be conducted in Kotdwara.

BEL Recruitment 2025 Salary

• Dy. Manager: ₹60,000-1,60,000 (with increments).
• Sr. Safety Officer: ₹50,000-1,50,000 (with increments).

In addition to the basic salary, candidates will receive allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites, medical reimbursements, Group Insurance, and more.
