Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or persons who meet specific eligibility criteria defined by the Government of India.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Maximum age: 32 years
- Age relaxation for various categories as per government norms (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities – 10 years, etc.).
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, including qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant.
- Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an Officer/Supervisory cadre or 3 years in a Clerical Cadre in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/Scheduled Co-operative Banks (Urban & State)/Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) having a minimum assets size of Rs. 500 crores operating in India.

The salary scale for the Zone-Based Officer (JMGS-I) position is as follows:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 48,480 – 62,480 – 67,160 – 85,920 (with increments as per the bank’s policy)
- Perquisites/Allowances will be provided as per the bank’s policies.
Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 Probation and Bond:
- Probation: The selected candidates will be on probation for two years, extendable for a further year based on performance.
- Bond: The candidate shall execute a bond of Rs. 3.00 Lakh for a period of 3 years from the date of joining the bank.

The selection process involves:
- Written Examination: An online examination comprising 120 questions with a total duration of 80 minutes.
- Tests: English Language, Banking Knowledge, Computer Knowledge, and Economic Scenario & General Awareness.
- Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the written examination. The final merit list will be drawn zone-wise and category-wise.
