For the Post of Court Master (Shorthand):

• Educational Qualifications:
  1. A Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
  2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 120 words per minute (w.p.m.).
  3. Knowledge of Computer Operations with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
• Experience:

• • Minimum 5 years of regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary, Senior PA, PA, or Senior Stenographer in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory Bodies.

• Age Requirement: 30 to 45 years

For the Post of Senior Personal Assistant:

• Educational Qualifications:
  1. Degree from a recognized University.
  2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 words per minute (w.p.m.).
  3. Knowledge of Computer Operations with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
• Age Requirement: 18 to 30 years

For the Post of Personal Assistant:

• Educational Qualifications:
  1. Degree from a recognized University.
  2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 words per minute (w.p.m.).
  3. Knowledge of Computer Operations with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
• Age Requirement: 18 to 30 years

1. Typing Speed Test on Computer
   • Speed: 40 w.p.m., Mistakes: 2%, Max Marks: 10 (Min: 5)
   • Duration: 10 minutes
2. Shorthand Test (English)
   • Speed: 120 w.p.m., Mistakes: 5%, Max Marks: 100 (Min: 50)
   • Duration: 7 minutes
3. Written Test
   • 100 Questions: General English, Aptitude, Law Knowledge, General Knowledge
   • Max Marks: 100 (Min: 50), Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
4. Computer Knowledge Test
   • Max Marks: 10 (Min: 5)
5. Interview
   • Max Marks: 30 (Min: 15)

For Senior Personal Assistant:

   • Max Marks: 100 (Minimum qualifying: 50, 45 for reserved categories)
4. Computer Knowledge Test:
   • Max Marks: 10 (Minimum qualifying: 5, 4.5 for reserved categories)
5. Interview:

For Personal Assistant:

Selection Process:

• The tests will be held at 23 centers across 16 states. Candidates can select 3 preferred centers.
