About NABARD
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is an apex regulatory body for the overall regulation of regional rural banks and apex cooperative banks in India. NABARD Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from a recognized board in the concerned State/UT under the Regional Office they are applying to.
- Candidates must be domiciled in the State/UT corresponding to the Regional Office they are applying for. The Bank may request valid documentation to verify domicile status.
- Candidates must be undergraduates as of 01 October 2024. Graduates or those with higher qualifications are not eligible. Applicants must provide a self-declaration regarding this in their online application or during the recruitment process.
- Ex-servicemen must have passed the 10th Standard and completed at least 15 years of defense service, provided they have not graduated outside the Armed Forces.
NABARD Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old, meaning they should be born on or after 02/10/1994 and on or before 01/10/2006.

Selection Procedure
The selection process includes an Online Test and a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

- Key Points:
- The test (except English) will be available in English and Hindi.
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Candidates must score above the cut-off to qualify for the next stage.
- Candidates will be required to attend the LPT in the official language of the respective state.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
- Conducted for all selected/waitlisted candidates in the official language of the respective State.
- Qualifying Nature: Candidates must pass the LPT to be considered for selection.
- Details regarding the LPT will be available on the NABARD website after the Online Test results.
Examination Scheme
- Candidates must be proficient in the official language of the State for which they applied.
- The final selection is based on performance in the Online Test, qualifying LPT, medical fitness, and verification of eligibility.
Tie Resolution
In cases of equal scores, the following criteria will be applied sequentially:
- Higher educational qualification (only undergraduate).
- Higher marks in 12th/10th grade.
- Older age.
Waitlist
- A waitlist of up to 50% of vacancies will be maintained for candidates who do not join the selected list. The waitlist is valid for one year from the result declaration date.
Important Notes
- Candidates must refrain from unfair practices during the examination.
- The bank reserves the right to cancel the candidature of those suspected of any malpractice.

Pay Scale
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹10,940 per month.
- Pay Scale: ₹17,270 – 590(4) – ₹19,630 – 690(3) – ₹21,700 – 840(3) – ₹24,220 – 1,125(2) – ₹26,470 – 1,400(4) – ₹32,070 – 1,900(3) – ₹37,770 (20 Years).
- Additional Allowances: Selected candidates will be eligible for:
- Dearness Allowance
- Local Compensatory Allowance
- House Rent Allowance
- Grade Allowance
- Current Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹35,000 per month.

NABARD Recruitment 2024 Application Process
- Visit Website: Go to NABARD’s official website www.nabard.org/career and click on “APPLY ONLINE.”
- New Registration: Select “Click here for New Registration” and provide your name, contact details, and email. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and displayed on the screen. These will also be sent via email and SMS.
- Saving Application: If you cannot complete the form in one session, use the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to save your progress. Review and modify details before final submission.
- Final Submission: Carefully check all details before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.” No changes can be made after this.
- Correct Name: Ensure your name matches the certificates/ID proof. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
- Validate & Save: Click ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ to save the application.
- Photo & Signature Upload: Upload your photo and signature as per the guidelines.
- Preview & Verify: Review your entire application in the “Preview” tab. Make changes if necessary.
- Final Registration: Once verified, click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
- Payment: Proceed to the payment page and complete the payment.
