NEEPCO is looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals for 30 Executive Trainee (Civil) posts. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a valid GATE 2024 score. Applications must be filed online using the NEEPCO official website.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 01-06-2024):

• UR/EWS: 30 years
• PwBD: 40 years

Qualification for Executive Trainee (Civil) (E-2 Grade):

• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/AMIE/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University.
• Minimum of 65% marks (55% for PwBD candidates).
• Must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2024 in Civil Engineering.

NEEPCO Recruitment Selection Process

1. Online Scrutiny & Interview: Applications will be reviewed, and selected candidates will undergo an online personal interview.
2. Updates & Call Letters: Check NEEPCO’s career section for updates. Call letters will be available on the recruitment portal, with notifications via SMS or email.
3. Eligibility: Must have GATE 2024 (Civil) scores. NEEPCO will set cut-off marks and limit candidates as needed.
4. Decision: Offers based on merit. In case of a tie, older candidates will be preferred.
5. Interview: Based on GATE scores (80%) and interview performance (20%). The interview will assess General Knowledge, Job Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Compensation Package

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA scale)
• Monthly Emoluments: ₹50,000 + DA (44.3% of Basic Pay) + HRA (if applicable) + Cafeteria Allowance (35% of Basic Pay) + Location Based Allowance (10% of Basic Pay) + Provident Fund (12% of Basic Pay + DA) + NEDCSS (9% of Basic Pay + DA)
• Minimum Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹94,650
• Additional Benefits: Leave, Medical Benefits for self and family, Performance Pay (PRP), Gratuity, Uniform, Communication Expenses, and Furniture Reimbursement as per Company Rules.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Placement

• Training: 1 year at any Corporation location.
• Posting: Anywhere in the country.
• Consent: By applying, candidates agree to work nationwide.
• Post-Training: Placement in E-3 Grade.

NEEPCO Recruitment Service Agreement Bond

• Bond Amount: Up to ₹2,50,000.
• Duration: 5 years (including training period).
• Requirement: Non-transferable Service Agreement and Surety Bond on non-judicial stamp papers.
• Applicable To: General, EWS, and PwBD candidates.

NEEPCO Recruitment Application Fee

• General, EWS, & OBC Candidates: Rs. 560 (non-refundable)
• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM Candidates & Female Candidates: No fee

Fee payment should be made through SBI ePay for NEEPCO. Ensure eligibility before paying, as fees are non-refundable.

2. General, OBC and EWS candidates must pay the application fee.
3. Fill out and submit the online application form.
4. Prepare scanned copies of the following documents for uploading:
   • Matriculation/Secondary School Certificate (for date of birth).
   • Complete set of mark sheets and certificates (X, XII, Diploma, Engineering).
   • GATE-2024 scorecard (Civil).
   • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
   • EWS Certificate (issued in the current financial year, if applicable).
   • Disability certificate (if applicable).
   • Certificate of conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage (if applicable).
   • Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG, 20 KB to 100 KB).
   • Signature (JPEG, 20 KB to 100 KB).
5. Upload the scanned copies of the documents in the designated sections of the online form.
6. Print the registration slip/form for future reference.
