About Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL)

Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) was incorporated on 29th December 2016 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Located in the Naini industrial area of Prayagraj, the factory is on the Prayagraj-Mirzapur highway, about 20 km from Prayagraj City Centre. NAeL focuses on the production of aircraft and helicopter looms (wire harnesses), stub wings for LCA, helicopter structures, and drones. The company has also received DGCA approval for Remote Pilot Training.

Applications are invited for Operator SS (Fitter and Electrician) posts at Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) on a three-year tenure basis. The age limit is 28 years, with a salary of Rs. 23,200. Selection will be through a written test. Apply online from 17 July 2024 to 26 August 2024.

NAeL Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

Educational Qualification:

• Operator SS (Fitter): 2-year regular/full-time ITI (NTC) in Fitter after 10th Standard.
• Operator SS (Electrician): 2-year regular/full-time ITI (NTC) in Electrician after 10th Standard.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

1. Eligibility: Must possess the qualifications specified for each post.
2. Ineligible Qualifications: Part-time, correspondence, distance education, or e-learning qualifications are not acceptable.
3. Higher Qualifications: Candidates with qualifications higher than required will be rejected at any recruitment stage.
4. Ongoing Qualifications: Indicate all qualifications and courses being pursued in the application.

NAeL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years (UR/EWS); Relaxable by 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL).
• PwBDs: Additional 10 years relaxation.
• OBC: Non-creamy layer certificate required (not older than 6 months).
• Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxed by service duration (up to 3 years beyond the maximum limit).
• J&K Domiciled: Age relaxed by 5 years (01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989).
• Experience: Up to 7 years of experience can extend age to 35 years.
• Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Up to 45 years (50 years for SC/ST, 48 years for OBC).
• Ex-Apprentice Trainees: Age relaxed by training duration.
• Max Age Limit: 55 years (56 for PwBDs).

• Selection: Based on written test scores in merit order.
• Qualifying Marks: At least 50% required.
• Document Verification: Limited to several posts; candidates will be called based on merit.

• Medical Exam: Required before joining NAeL.

NAeL Recruitment 2024 Salary

• Monthly Pay: ₹23,200 (includes HRA)
• PF Contribution (Employer): ₹2,683.30
• Special Allowance: ₹750/month after 1 year
• Medical Insurance: ₹6,000 annually
• Leave: 1-day casual leave per complete month, 1.5 days earned leave per calendar month
• Uniforms: 3 sets every 2 years, with stitching charges and shoe allowance
• Maternity Benefits: As per the Maternity Benefit Act, of 1961
• Additional: Casual leave, earned leave, uniforms, stitching charges, safety shoes, and other company benefits as per rules
• Tenure-Based Engagement: No claim to regular employment, must follow company rules and regulations

NAeL Recruitment 2024 Place & Tenure of Engagement

• Posting: Selected candidates will be posted at NAeL, Prayagraj, UP, with potential transfers based on organizational needs.
• Tenure: 3 years, non-permanent. No claim to regular employment. Can be extended based on performance and need.
• Termination: Either party can end the engagement with one month’s notice or equivalent pay.
• Training: Induction training required; deployment in shifts as needed.

NAeL Recruitment 2024 Mode of Payment & Application Fee

• Application Fee:
  • UR/OBC/EWS: ₹200 (plus bank charges).
  • SC/ST/PWD/Employment Exchange/Sainik Board/Ex-apprentice of NAeL: Exempt.
• Non-Refundable: The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Employment Exchange/Sainik Board Candidates: Mention reference number and date of HAL communication while applying online; exempt from fee.
