AIASL’s services extend beyond Air India, Air India Express, and Alliance Air to encompass 51 foreign scheduled airlines, 4 domestic scheduled airlines, and 8 seasonal charter airlines. They also handle perishable cargo for 23 foreign airlines.

Sr. Customer Service Executive:
- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in any combination of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling.
- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Good command of spoken and written English, as well as Hindi.
Customer Service Executive:
- Graduate from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or relevant certifications (e.g., Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, IATA Cargo).
- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.

Sr. Customer Service Executive:
- General category candidates: Maximum age limit is 33 years.
- OBC category candidates: Eligible for a 3-year age relaxation, making the maximum age limit 36 years.
- SC/ST category candidates: Eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, making the maximum age limit 38 years.
Customer Service Executive:
- General category candidates: Maximum age limit is 28 years.
