Bank Note Paper Mill India Pvt. Ltd. (BNPMIPL) is a joint venture between Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited. SPMCIL is a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Finance, whereas BRBNMPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

BNPM Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Selection for the mentioned posts will involve an online test, which will be objective type, along with a Trade Test/Skill Test. Depending on the number of valid applications received, the selection procedure may vary, and candidates will be informed accordingly.
• The Online test will include questions related to the relevant trade/profession as well as sections on General Aptitude, covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness. Candidates applying for the post of ‘Office Assistant’ will also have an English test. Applicants should regularly check the company’s website for updates on this matter.
• If a Trade Test/Skill Test is conducted, it will be qualifying, requiring candidates to score a minimum of 50% to be considered eligible for selection. Marks obtained in the Trade Test/Skill Test will not be added to the Online test score for the final merit list.
• All tests will be conducted in English language only.
• The examination center will be in Bangalore and/or Mysuru. Candidates are responsible for appearing for the Online test at their own expense.

Pay Scale and Emoluments:

• Name of the Post: Process Assistant Grade – I
• Pay Level (Equivalent of Central Govt. Pay): 02
• Minimum Basic Pay (Rs.): 24,500/-

Note:

• The Company presently follows the CDA pattern of Pay with scales of pay as per the 7th CPC Pay matrix. However, the company reserves the right to change over to the scale of pay on Industrial D.A. Patterns or any other scale of pay formulated by the Company.

• Applicants (wherever applicable) must pay the examination fees/intimation charges online as explained. The applicants will bear any transaction charges levied by the bank for payment. Payment in any other manner will not be accepted, and applicants paying lesser fees will be considered ineligible.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded or reserved for future exams/selections.
• SC/ST/PwBD applicants are exempted from paying examination fees but must pay Rs. 200 towards intimation charges.
