Accenture Recruitment 2024 Eligibility

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Candidates must have completed full-time degrees in any stream/branch of B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B.Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA.
   • Graduates of the 2023 and 2024 batches are eligible.
   • Degrees earned part-time or through distant education are not considered.
2. Ineligibility:
   • Candidates having degrees in BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA/MSC (CS and IT Branch), and MBA/PGDBM are ineligible.
   • There are no active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
3. Duration of Degree:
   • Candidates must have finished their relevant degree within the timeframe specified without any lapses. For example, a BBA can be completed in three years and an M.Sc in two.
4. Previous Accenture Process:
   • Candidates who have sat for the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the last three months are ineligible.
5. Experience:
   • Candidates should have less than 11 months of experience.
6. Work Eligibility:
   • Candidates must be nationals of India or possess the necessary work permit paperwork.
   • Bhutanese and Nepalese citizens can work in India without a work visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or a PIO card.
   • Due to global client service, the flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts is expected.
7. Work Location:
   • Candidates should be willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
   • Willingness to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India is required.

Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Infra Managed Services:
   • Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
   • Ensure infrastructure and operations align with service and experience level agreements.
   • Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
   • Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiency.
   • Govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.
2. Application/Cloud Support:
   • Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
   • Use technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
3. Project Control Services:
   • Facilitate program management and enhance overall Technology Delivery quality.
   • Support Technology Delivery Center projects by tracking and managing project management office activities.
   • Proactively monitor, manage, report on deliverable execution, and address issues.
   • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
4. Low/No Code App Development:
   • Develop applications using a low-code development platform tailored to each client’s unique needs.
   • Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop visual interfaces.
   • Research and analyze internal business processes to optimize and automate them.
5. Quality Engineering:
   • Design test scenarios, processes, cases, and data.
   • Apply business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives.

Accenture Recruitment 2024 Mock Assessment

• Candidates will get a 10-minute mock/practice assessment
• Mock assessment is mandatory, and it will ensure that you have the right hardware, software, and internet
• This assessment will help you to get an experience of the assessments

Assessment #1: Cognitive assessment

• Candidates will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment

Cognitive assessment includes 50 questions on:

• English ability
• Critical thinking and Problem-solving
• Abstract Reasoning

Cognitive assessment results will be notified within 5-10 minutes post-completion. You are advised to remain seated and await the result.

Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical assessment

Note: Cognitive Assessment is mandatory and will be an elimination round. However, Technical Assessment will be a non-elimination round in case you choose the Assessment type as “Cognitive & Technical Assessment”. The scores of your technical assessment will be factored into the overall selection process score which will determine the final selection.

Assessment #3: Communication assessment
