Repco Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for RHFL Recruitment 2024:

• Graduate degree, preferably B.Com, with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC-recognized university. Open University graduates are not eligible.
• Fluency in regional language, Hindi, and English required.
• Early joining is preferred.
• Candidates with pending disciplinary actions or punishments in the last 5 years are not eligible.
• No transfer requests are considered for 3 years.
• RHFL internal candidates are ineligible.

Here are the additional eligibility criteria for RHFL Recruitment 2024:

• The maximum age limit is 25 years as of April 1, 2024, with relaxation up to 30 years possible based on relevant prior experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, Financial Institutions (FIs), or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in the Home Loan sector.
• For the Assistant Manager position, a minimum of 3 years of prior experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Repco Recruitment 2024 Salary

a) Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive (on a roll) – Compensation based on Current CTC plus attractive incentives. Probation period: 1 year.

b) Trainee (off roll):

• Starting fixed stipend: Rs. 16,100 per month (variable based on location and previous experience) plus performance incentives.
• Training period: One year (extendable based on performance) with the following conditions:

1. Engagement is purely as a Trainee and does not guarantee permanent employment or a regular job in the company during or after the contract period, nor does it entitle trainees to benefits available to regular staff members.
2. Trainees are expected to reside near the place of posting to facilitate commuting.
3. During training, trainees may be transferred to any branch within 100 km of the place of posting based on business exigencies/training needs.
4. After completion of training, trainees with satisfactory performance may be offered regularization under a suitable cadre.
5. If the company determines during training that a trainee is not capable of continuing, termination may occur at any point without prior notice.

  The cadre fitment (Assistant Manager/Senior Executive/Executive/Trainee) will be determined based on candidate credentials, performance in the selection process, and prior experience, with the company’s decision being final and binding.
